The plaintiff, Dr. Frank J. Grady, brought this action against the defendant, Intermedics, Inc., to recover the value of certain shares of Intermedics stock, basing his claim on an oral contract of employment. The trial court submitted the case to a jury, and upon its verdict, the court entered judgment for the plaintiff in the amount of $561,000 plus $7,900 as attorneys fees. We affirm.
